Know who will run, protect, and support your systems.
A cloud or managed services quote is only useful when the responsibilities are clear. We help you compare providers for infrastructure, ongoing IT operations, and cybersecurity, with attention to what your own team still needs to manage.
Advice and vendor coordination at no added advisory cost. No obligation to buy.
When to consider it
Move or modernize business applications and infrastructure.
Add operational support where your internal IT team needs capacity.
Compare security monitoring, backup, recovery, or managed protection services.
What to compare before choosing a provider
What is included in management?
Ask who handles updates, access changes, incidents, backups, and application issues. Distinguish monitoring and recommendations from hands-on remediation.
What happens to your data?
Review locations, access controls, retention, backup coverage, and how data can be exported at the end of the agreement. Involve the people responsible for your legal and security requirements.
How will you recover?
Define the recovery objectives for important systems and request evidence of the proposed backup and restore process. Check who runs tests and who is responsible during an incident.
What affects the quote?
Scope can include licenses, infrastructure usage, support tiers, migration, backup storage, security tools, and project work. Compare the assumptions behind each estimate and the charges that apply when your usage or support needs change.
Questions buyers ask
Is managed IT included with the brokerage service?
No. Our comparison advice and vendor coordination come at no added advisory cost. A managed IT provider’s ongoing work, migration, or custom implementation is a separate service with its own quote.
Can we keep some IT work in-house?
Yes. A co-managed arrangement can divide responsibilities between your team and a provider. Make that division explicit in the scope, including how the two teams handle incidents and changes.
Does choosing a security provider make us compliant?
A provider can support particular requirements, but compliance depends on your organization, processes, contracts, and configuration. We help raise the right vendor questions; your legal and compliance teams should confirm the obligations.
