What we collect and why
The questionnaire asks for your service interests, project context, location, timing, and contact details. We use those answers to review your request, clarify requirements, compare available services, and arrange next steps. Phone and budget details are optional. Please don’t include passwords, confidential documents, or sensitive customer records.
Who receives the request
Your request is stored in our database and used to notify us. Hosting and email service providers process the information on our behalf to operate the site and deliver that notification. Your submission does not authorize unrelated marketing or automatic distribution to vendors.
Browser preferences and security
We use no advertising trackers. If you choose a color scheme or logo in the design preview, that preference is saved in your browser. The form uses hashed, hourly rate-limit counters to help prevent abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in the request database.
Questions, corrections, or deletion
Email pete@cloudin.tel to ask about your request, correct the information, or request deletion. You can use email instead of the questionnaire if you prefer to ask a question before providing project details.
