Business phones / UCaaS

Choose a phone system your team can rely on.

UCaaS means unified communications as a service: business calling, messaging, meetings, and collaboration delivered through a cloud platform. We help you compare the features your team actually uses, the full bill, and the work involved in switching.

Advice and vendor coordination at no added advisory cost. No obligation to buy.

When to consider it

  • Replace an aging office phone system or consolidate several phone bills.
  • Give remote and office staff a consistent business number and calling experience.
  • Connect calling with your CRM or Microsoft Teams workflow.

What to compare before choosing a provider

What happens to your numbers?

Confirm which numbers can transfer, what records the new provider needs, and how the cutover will be coordinated. Keep the current service active until the transfer is complete.

Which devices and integrations matter?

List desk phones, headsets, mobile apps, conference rooms, fax, and any specialized lines. Check each requirement rather than assuming a standard user license covers it.

Who helps when calls fail?

Compare support hours, escalation routes, and the responsibilities of the phone and internet providers. Document emergency-calling requirements for office and remote staff.

What affects the quote?

A useful quote includes user licenses, phone numbers, devices, usage, taxes and fees, implementation, and contract terms. Ask whether advanced analytics, recording, integrations, or contact-center features require another package.

Questions buyers ask

Can we keep our business phone numbers?

Often, but portability must be checked for the specific numbers and locations. We help coordinate that check and the transfer plan before you cancel existing service.

Is UCaaS the same as a contact center?

UCaaS primarily supports employee calling and collaboration. A contact center adds tools for managing customer queues, agent workloads, quality, and interactions across channels. Some businesses need both.

Will a broker add a fee to the phone bill?

The provider pays our commission when a service is purchased through us. Our advice and vendor coordination add no advisory fee; devices, implementation, and other provider services remain part of the quote.
